ReturnFlow is a software product operated by Prasun Malla (referred to here as "we," "our," or "us") as an individual; it is not currently operated through a registered company or LLC. ReturnFlow provides software that helps businesses automatically follow up with their customers by automatically sending scheduled follow-up SMS messages. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with that service.
Information We Collect
On behalf of the businesses that use ReturnFlow, we process customer contact information such as phone numbers and names that a business provides in order to schedule and send follow-up messages. We also maintain basic account information for the businesses themselves, such as name and email address. ReturnFlow accounts are created directly by Prasun Malla, the founder of ReturnFlow; there is no public account sign-up.
How Information Is Used
Customer phone numbers and related information are used solely to deliver scheduled follow-up SMS messages on behalf of a business, after that customer has been in contact with the business. We do not sell customer data, and we do not use it for unsolicited marketing or advertising purposes.
SMS Communications
Messages sent through ReturnFlow are transactional follow-ups scheduled after a customer has already been in contact with a business. A customer may reply "STOP" at any time to opt out of further messages, and "HELP" for assistance.
Data Sharing
We share information only with service providers necessary to operate ReturnFlow, such as our SMS delivery provider, and only as needed to send messages on behalf of our business customers.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information stored and processed within ReturnFlow.
