Terms of Service
Last updated: July 20, 2026
These Terms of Service govern the use of ReturnFlow, a software platform that helps businesses automatically send scheduled follow-up SMS messages to customers who have been in contact with the business. ReturnFlow is operated by Prasun Malla as an individual; it is not currently operated through a registered company or LLC. By using ReturnFlow, a business agrees to these terms.
Description of Service
ReturnFlow allows a business to configure automated SMS follow-up messages that are scheduled to send to a customer after a set delay, following contact with that customer. ReturnFlow is provided as software for businesses; it is not a consumer-facing messaging app, and accounts are provisioned directly by Prasun Malla, the founder of ReturnFlow, rather than through public self-sign-up.
Acceptable Use
Businesses using ReturnFlow agree to send messages only to customers who have contacted them, and only for the purpose of customer follow-up, support, and communication. Businesses may not use ReturnFlow to send unsolicited marketing messages, bulk promotional messages, or messages to individuals who have not contacted the business.
Customer Consent and Opt-Out
Businesses are responsible for ensuring that follow-up messages comply with applicable messaging laws and regulations. Customers may reply "STOP" to opt out of further messages at any time.
Account Responsibilities
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the customer information they upload and for the content of the message templates they configure within ReturnFlow.
Limitation of Liability
ReturnFlow is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of ReturnFlow after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
